Managed Release Campaign
One Release. One Operating Plan. Clear Owners.
Coordinated release operations across approved creative, digital, radio/DSP, partner, reporting, and artist workstreams.
Fit Before Outreach
A Campaign Starts With A Gate, Not A Mailing List
Managed does not mean unlimited. OTA defines the campaign window, deliverables, owners, approval deadlines, communication rhythm, outside costs, and the stop/extend decision before execution begins.
Best Fit
- Artists with a ready focus release
- Teams that need one coordinator across vendors
- Releases with real budget and lead time
What It Fixes
- Separate vendors working from separate assumptions
- No owner for campaign dependencies
- Reporting that arrives after decisions are already late
The Useful Outcome
A coordinated campaign with one approved brief, tracked deliverables, defined artist work, scheduled reporting, and evidence-based next decisions.
Included In The Standard Scope

- Scheduled status reviews

What You Supply
- Campaign-ready music and rights
- Approved budget and outside costs
- Fast authorized decisions
- On-time artist content and participation
- Accurate access and analytics

Price, Timing, And Decision Rules

Will OTA run everything?
Only the work assigned to OTA in the agreement. Artist, distributor, vendor, and partner responsibilities remain explicit.
Is ad spend included?
No unless the quote says so. Approved media and third-party costs are itemized separately.
Can OTA guarantee the release will chart?
No. OTA guarantees only the agreed work, process, communication, and reporting.

Artist Ownership
Artists retain ownership of their masters, publishing, copyrights, and underlying rights. Standard service work does not transfer ownership to OTA Music Group.
Starting Prices
“Starting At” reflects the smallest standard scope using complete, usable client-supplied assets. Final scope and price are confirmed after intake.
No Fairy Tales
Airplay, streams, playlists, press, bookings, attendance, sales, follower growth, chart positions, and partnership acceptance are not guaranteed.
OTA Release, Radio & DSP Campaign Review
A managed campaign begins with a ready song, defined authority, workable lead time, and a budget that matches the requested lanes.
