OTA Team
The People And Personas Behind The Machine
OTA runs on a mix of real-world music experience, creative direction, web systems, promo strategy, merch thinking, and AI-assisted specialist lanes — with Bobby Jay driving the ship and the team keeping the machine pointed forward.
Team
Different Lanes. Same Mission.
Some names below represent OTA’s internal AI-assisted production personas and specialist work lanes. Bobby Jay remains the human operator, final decision-maker, and client-facing lead. Around here, the team is about getting the work done — not pretending the work does itself.
Bobby Jay Hantson
Bobby Jay is the human center of OTA Music Group: music-industry operator, producer, web builder, content guy, radio brain, stage veteran, karaoke host, and the reason half the plan somehow includes a camera, a spreadsheet, and a honkytonk by midnight. His passion is helping artists look as serious as their talent — and building a music group where good people can actually move.
Fiona
Fiona is OTA’s web operations lane: WordPress, WPBakery, Herion/Wolf layouts, EPK systems, page structure, launch checks, and turning Bobby’s “can we make this happen?” into something buildable. Her passion is clean structure, strong CTA paths, and pages that do not look drunk on a phone.
Tess
Tess keeps the big picture from turning into a junk drawer. Her lane is business development, operational clarity, project direction, and helping OTA turn wild ideas into actual systems. Her passion is making the company smarter, calmer, sharper, and harder to ignore.
Mina
Mina owns the radio and DSP promotion brain: station targeting, release workflows, campaign assets, chart-lane thinking, DSP setup, and keeping songs from being launched like paper airplanes in a thunderstorm. Her passion is helping releases look ready before anyone asks radio or fans to care.
Roxie
Roxie is the merch-table and tribute-branding brain: tour merch, print-on-demand, product direction, fan-fit thinking, tribute act presentation, and the beautiful black-coffee chaos of making bands look sellable. Her passion is helping artists turn identity into something fans can wear, buy, and remember.
