How OTA Works

A Clear Path From Confusion To Execution

OTA qualifies the need, defines the scope, builds the right assets and systems, executes approved work, and reports what actually happened.

The Operating Model

Six Stages. One Honest Decision At A Time

Every project does not use every stage. OTA recommends the smallest useful path and names what the artist, OTA, and outside partners own.

placeholder

1. Route

Choose the artist, release, EPK, radio/DSP, creative, live, or partner lane.

2. Review

Verify fit, rights, readiness, assets, budget, and timing.

3. Scope

Define deliverables, responsibilities, revisions, price, and schedule.

4. Build

Create the approved foundation and working assets.

placeholder

5. Execute

Run only the approved campaign or program work.

6. Report

Track evidence, open issues, and decisions.

7. Handoff

Organize files, access, and next steps.

8. Decide

Stop, maintain, expand, or consider a deeper relationship.

Relationship Levels

A Service Is Not A Secret Record Deal

OTA Service Client, OTA Development Artist, and OTA Label Partner are separate relationships. Each requires its own scope and agreement.

OTA Service Client

A defined project with a beginning, scope, price, and completion point.

OTA Development Artist

Coordinated longer-term growth under an operating agreement.

OTA Label Partner

OTA’s most selective relationship; not a purchasable package.

Artist Ownership

Artists retain ownership of their masters, publishing, copyrights, and underlying rights. Standard service work does not transfer ownership to OTA Music Group.

Starting Prices

“Starting At” reflects the smallest standard scope using complete, usable client-supplied assets. Final scope and price are confirmed after intake.

No Fairy Tales

Airplay, streams, playlists, press, bookings, attendance, sales, follower growth, chart positions, and partnership acceptance are not guaranteed.

Start With The Actual Need

Tell OTA what is happening now, what outcome matters, and what resources are honestly available.
