These public operating standards explain how OTA handles starting prices, scope, revisions, timelines, assets, outside costs, approvals, and outcome claims before the final agreement is written.
Starting At
The Floor Assumes The Inputs Are Ready
A starting price reflects the smallest standard scope using complete, usable client-supplied assets. Missing assets, new concepts, additional formats, rush timing, multiple decision-makers, or outside vendors change the real scope.
Scope
Every paid project identifies deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, revision limits, and completion conditions.
Revisions
One round means one consolidated set of feedback inside the approved direction. A new concept is not a revision.
Timeline
The working clock begins after required assets, access, approvals, and payments defined by the agreement are complete.
The client supplies accurate, legally usable assets and safe access. Missing, replaced, low-quality, or late materials can change timing and price.
Advertising, printing, travel, feeds, subscriptions, chart services, physical servicing, stock, licensing, vendors, platform fees, and production expenses are separate unless itemized.
OTA needs one authorized decision-maker or a defined approval chain. Conflicting feedback pauses the schedule until the client consolidates direction.
OTA provides the agreed work. Airplay, streams, playlists, press, bookings, attendance, sales, follower growth, charts, funding, and partnership acceptance remain outside guaranteed control.

Artist Ownership
Artists retain ownership of their masters, publishing, copyrights, and underlying rights. Standard service work does not transfer ownership to OTA Music Group.
