Live Strategy & Venue Materials

Make The Show Easy To Understand And Easier To Advance

OTA prepares working artists for buyers, venues, events, and partners without pretending to be a full booking agency.

From Good Show To Buyable Show

Give The Buyer The Information They Need

A venue needs to understand the act, audience, show format, proof, production needs, travel reality, contact path, and promotional value before the booking conversation can move.

Venue-Ready Booking Kit

Starting At $449

Venue-targeted EPK, stage plot and input-list review, rider template, show-format summary, booking pitch, follow-up template, and buyer-ready checklist.

7–14 business days. Two consolidated rounds.

Community / Event EPK

Starting At $499

Event-facing presentation for civic, festival, family, sponsor, VFW, community, and special-event buyers with the right show framing and operational details.

Venue & Event Partnership

Custom Quote

Program concept, artist-fit criteria, proposed calendar, promotional workflow, partner assets, responsibilities, and budget framework for venues and organizations.

Begin at least six weeks before the first event.

The Working Process

Defined Inputs. Defined Outputs.

Timelines begin after complete, usable assets and required access are received. Delays, new concepts, changed dates, missing rights information, or replacement assets can change the quote and schedule.

Define The Show

Lineup, format, duration, repertoire, audience, travel radius, and event fit.

Prove The Show

Current live photos, video, audience context, history, and credible buyer information.

Advance The Show

Stage plot, input list, rider, contacts, timing, production, and responsibility map.

Promote The Show

Approved copy, images, links, partner workflow, and artist participation.

Not in the phase-one scope.

OTA provides venue-facing materials, live readiness, partner relationships, and select campaign-tied support. Active booking representation requires a separate approved agreement.

Real-world costs stay real.

Talent fees, production, rentals, permits, insurance, security, travel, ticketing fees, contract legal review, buyer databases, and guaranteed attendance or dates are excluded unless contracted.

Accurate show information.

Current lineup, instrumentation, formats, live media, production needs, travel radius, contact routing, availability, and honest venue history.

They need specific positioning.

Tribute rights, show concept, audience promise, visual presentation, repertoire, and venue fit are reviewed carefully and routed to OTA’s specialty lane.

Artist Ownership

Artists retain ownership of their masters, publishing, copyrights, and underlying rights. Standard service work does not transfer ownership to OTA Music Group.

Starting Prices

“Starting At” reflects the smallest standard scope using complete, usable client-supplied assets. Final scope and price are confirmed after intake.

No Fairy Tales

Airplay, streams, playlists, press, bookings, attendance, sales, follower growth, chart positions, and partnership acceptance are not guaranteed.

Choose The Exact Path

Make The Buyer’s Decision Easier

These paths turn an act, event idea, or venue opportunity into a clearer working proposition.

Venue-Ready Booking Kit

A buyer-facing package for the act and the show.

Community & Event EPK

Frame the show for event, civic, and sponsor contexts.

Venue & Event Partnership

Scope an operating relationship around a real opportunity.

Community Showcase Program

Develop a repeatable music program with clear roles.

Venue Readiness Checklist

Prepare what venues need before you inquire.

Venues & Festival Partnerships

For independent buyer and promoter conversations.

Make The Buyer’s Decision Easier

A strong venue package does not guarantee the date. It makes the show understandable, credible, and easier to move through the decision process.
