Purpose: Get the artist’s music into Texas & regional radio rotation, maximize spins, provide reporting, and include professional radio-ready materials.

  • Artists who want to test OTA’s promo network before committing to full-service retainers.

  • Independent releases needing professional regional airplay management.

    • Radio-ready EPK for Program Directors (PDs) and DJs

    • One-page release sheet, bio, and artwork optimized for radio

  2. CDX Distribution & Fingerprinting

    • All singles/EPs fingerprinted for airplay detection

    • Access to Traction reports showing which stations played the track

  3. Targeted Station Campaigns

    • 25–50 Texas / Red Dirt / Americana stations included

    • Weekly follow-ups with Program Directors to ensure track consideration

    • Optional expansion to national secondary markets

  4. Airplay Reporting

    • Weekly summary reports delivered via email

Pricing

Base Retainer – Texas Regional Push (Single or EP)

  • $600 / month (3-month minimum recommended)

  • Includes 25–50 station campaign + CDX fingerprinting/reporting

  • Add more stations: +$100 per 10 stations

  • Optional TRACtion reports for additional weeks beyond retainer: +$50 per week

Premium Retainer – Expanded Reach

  • $1,200 / month (3-month minimum)

  • Includes 75–100 station campaign + CDX fingerprinting/reporting

  • Weekly airplay reports + follow-ups

  • Optional PD interviews & acoustic drop-ins (artist provides travel)

Full Regional/National Push (Optional upgrade)

  • $2,500–$3,500 / campaign depending on stations and follow-up intensity

  • Can be a 1-time campaign for a major release or quarterly cycle

Notes / Artist Expectations

  • OTA handles all radio submission, follow-up, and reporting.

  • Artist covers any travel, accommodations, or Nashville showcase expenses. OTA recommends attending live if they want visibility with industry movers.

  • CDX tracking & fingerprinting costs are included in these retainers.

  • Social media and EPK materials not included in this add-on (use full OTA package if you want those).
